Excellent delivery of my samples, although would like it to be a little bit more clear on the most cost effective options for the air freight. Goods were individually packaged in protective bubble wrap which is good. Foam board quality was excellent as expected. The plastic part of the frame on the inside was a bit dirty and would prefer to have super clean samples. The plastic casing didn't feel like it clips together 100% securely, after testing one on the wall - the sticky adhesive was good and did not damage the wall. However the attachable front part of the casing fell off it would be better to enclose a welcome leaflet about the company and some instructions for the frames, what surfaces they will work with and not work with etc
